Yorgos Saslis

We all know CI should be done by the time we’ve made ourselves a cup of coffee. What we don’t always know is how to do that, especially when a single run takes hours or days. In this talk we will walk you through how we made that happen, by horizontally scaling the CI workload for Red Hat 3scale.

Yorgos is an OSS enthusiast and software craftsman, with a background in concurrency and distributed systems, in telecoms. He cares about improving the problem-solving process – not just solving a problem. He helps teams practice clean code and improve their software delivery process. He believes deeply in the power of community, and helps run a number of meetups & unconferences on the (paradise!) island of Crete. His day job finds him at Red Hat, the world’s open source leader.
